Driven Products is an ecommerce retailer servicing the automotive aftermarket with wheels and wheel accessories online since 2008. We also manufacture a line of high quality wheel accessories that includes lug nuts, lug bolts, wheel locks, wheel spacers, wheel adapters, hub-centric rings, and TPMS sensors. We need your passion for cars and customer service to dominate the world.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist customers through phone and email with product fitment and sales related inquiries
  • Investigate and resolves customer issues
  • Conforming to the company’s 12 Guiding Principles
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Maintaining a working level of product knowledge


  • 3-5 years of call center customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic automotive knowledge regarding wheels and wheel accessories
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for spelling and grammar
  • Experience using CRM Software, Google Apps, and Microsoft Excel
  • Well organized, self-disciplined, and self-motivated
